Pumpkin Patch!

We have such a cute little pumpkin patch about 20 minutes from our house. It was such a nice day when we went, Koop loved every second of it! PS what is up with the black pumpkins?Corn slide.Corn Maze.Hay Ride. What a fun day out with my 3 favorite boys in the world!

Costume Parties...

I love this time of year! Now that Kooper is getting older it makes it even better. Every night we have to read about Curious George's cotume party because he tells me that it makes him excited for all of his costume partys. We got to go to our first one on Friday with the Mom's group that I'm in. We had such a good time, Koop was in Heaven the whole time. I was lucky enough to have my MIL (mother in law) here over the weekend so during the costume party she just held Karver while Koop and I played all the games. Thanks Pam for all your help!!Karver was going to be a skunk but the costume was just to big and bulky so now he is a little monster:) Kooper thought he was a real transformer, he keep doing those funny faces and making all sorts of weird noises and then getting down on the ground so he could "transform" ha ha I love his imagination! Bean bag toss... (he won this game, he got every bean bag in a whole( I realize that he is really close but hey...I was one proud mama)Sugar cookies....mmmmm.....My cute MIL holding our little monster:)The pinata..Kooper and spider man, they played the whole time. I actually dont even know who this little boy is, I kept asking Koop his name and he just would just say," mom, his name is spider man!" Well okay then!:)My little monster...
We wore him out!

I love my boys...

The other day I could hear Karver laughing so I went in to see this.... Kooper is such a good big brother, Im so glad that he is getting used to having another little person around! Lately he has been so protective of Karver and I never thought that would happen, it just melts my heart!!

Conferecne weekend

I know this post is a little late, but can I just tell you how much we love conference weekend! Not only do I love to listen to all the talks I love that we have an excuse just to stay home and spend quality time as a family! Since Kooper is getting a little older I thought I better give him a little basket of goodies to keep him entertained, it lasted about 15 minutes but hey...better than nothing:)
Pipe cleaner+strainer=Mommy and Daddy getting to listen to at least one talk during conference. What is conference Sunday without a big Sunday dinner? I had the best little helpers making homemade rolls with me...who needs girls to help mommy with the baking...these 2 can bake like nobodys business!!

Thank you pinterest!

Shaving cream+food coloring+paint brushes=45 min. of entertainment! Thank you pinterest!!

Seriously??

Seriously??? I realize that this is a really disgusting post but at the same time its kinda funny and if Karver ever has bowel problems I will know the solution!
So for some reason every time I put him in this little bouncer thing it really has a "relax the bowel" effect. I dont know if after jumping up and down a few times gravity starts to take effect or what but honestly 9 times out of 10 this is what happens........

Nap Time....

I love nap time. I love that 90% of the time the kids are on the same nap schedule. I love the quiet house. I love that every once in a while I get a little nap myself that I so desperately need these days. I love that the house stays clean for 2 whole hours. But most of all I love the few minutes before Kooper's nap that we have together. We read a few books, tell a story, and then he turns toward me wraps his arms around me, we snuggle, and I watch him as he falls to sleep. Yesterday when I was watching him he was about asleep and he gave me a great big smile, so I smiled back. Then he chuckled a little so I chuckled back and then he says,"aaaaawkward." We both got the giggles after that and couldn't stop laughing Does he even know what that means? Probably not, but he sure used it in the right context.
Its the little moments like this that I just want to bottle up and keep forever.
