Kooper...

Oh.... my sweet little Kooper. This kid is seriously a clone of his Father, he is so funny and loves to make people laugh. It amazes me that at such a young age he as mastered the art of "buttering up," using his personality to get out of situations, and using that same personality to get whatever he wants.  There is never a dull moment when he is around.
A few things I want to remember....
*For some reason he thinks you can "pause" everything, seriously EVERYTHING. We are making cookies and he needs to use the bathroom, he says to me, "push pause, Ill be right back."
We are reading the tickle monster book and I start reading while he is getting on the tickle gloves, he starts freaking out, " push pause, push pause, I need to get these gloves on."
Apparently according to Kooper our lives are like a DVR!?!

*Remember his small huge obsession with butter?? Remember these pictures? Well things haven't changed... in fact it may be getting worse. I have to watch him like a hawk while butter is around otherwise before I know it, it will be gone.
Anyway the other day, I told him we were going to do something SUPER fun but is was a surprise. I asked him if he could do anything what would it be? His response, "it would be the BEST DAY EVER if I went outside and it was raining butter."
WHAT THE CRAP???

Karver...

Last time I was in Utah my sweet friend took a few pictures of Karver. I have needed his one year old pictures done for awhile and Liz was nice enough to do it. She was so cute with Karver and made our session so fun! Thank you so much Liz!

 

I love this picture because Karver has a serious obsession with balloons, like after our session he didn't let these balloons out of his hands for days!  In this picture he is saying "oon, oon."

This little guy melts my heart, he is so full of energy and has the cutest personality. I feel so lucky to be a Mom, especially a Mom to the best boys in the whole world!

Karvers Birthday Party...

 I just thought I would post of few of Karver's Birthday pictures. We didn't do anything too big (poor second child) but we had such a good time with family and friends.

Karver,
Hi my sweet little boy. I cant believe you are one. This year has gone by so fast, I feel like you were a baby for only a short time. Now you are on the go 24/7, trying to keep up with your older brother whom you adore so much. You have such a sweet little personality and will give a big cheesy grin to anybody that gives you some attention:) You love to give big open mouth slobbery kisses and I cant get enough of those, and you love giving them...half the time we don't even ask and you just go in for the kill! You are such a good sleeper, you love your naps and you know the minute it's time for bed..it must have something to do with your mother being OCD about a schedule:) You're not the best eater in the world but I think I'm just use to your brother being a little piggy all the time! You're not big on cuddling which makes me soo sad, I want to rock you before bedtime and you just want your crib..maybe its my singing?? You're favorite thing in this world is your bath! I have never seen a kid splash like you do and be so proud! We have to cover ourselves from head to toe in towels otherwise we are soaked! We love you so much Karver and love the special spirit you bring into our home. Thank you for putting a smile on my face everyday! Happy Birthday little buddy!

Thankful..

I'm always so thankful for my sweet boys, but there are times when I'm just overcome with emotion because I feel like the luckiest Mom in the world to have the oppertunity to raise these two boys. I could have never imagined the joys of motherhood and the heart strings that are attached. These boys can make me smile, laugh, or cry at the drop of a hat.  So today I'm just so thankful to be a Mom and not any Mom, a Mom to two of the craziest, funniest, busiest, sweetest boys in the world!

 

Marriage...

Kooper: Daddy what if I marry Mckenna? (Mckenna is his cousin)
Daddy: You can't marry Mckenna because she is your family.
Kooper:Well should I marry Londyn?
Daddy: Sure.
Kooper: What do you do if you marry?
Daddy: You get to live with them forever.
Kooper: EEWW!! SICK, I guess I dont want to marry.

St. George & Eggs!

When we were in Utah we went to St George for a couple of days and enjoyed the sunshine. We had such a good time. Julie, Craig, & and the twins came down and I also brought all 4 of my nieces to help with the kids. My kids love all of their cousins, so they had a great time. The crew...

My Cute Mom...

I just love my mom, she is always doing fun things to get everybody involved and when it comes to Holidays she always goes all out! She had an Easter Egg hunt for all the grand kids and then all of the " big kids" got to do a hunt with lots of sweet prizes and of course it was a total hit! After the egg hunts we had pizza and dessert. I love being able to spend time with our families, it's so nice to be closer to home!My cute Mother in law, occupying Karver so I can take pictures! Love her!My cute prego sister (yes she is 25 weeks and sooo small), Ryan her hubby, and my cool husband getting so excited for the "adult hunt"Bad picture, but all the kids watching the adult hunt from the deck.I had to take a picture of this yummy dessert I made for the party, so easy and sooo good!

Easter Party...

We were able to go home for a little over a week during Easter, we had such a good time seeing family and friends. My friend Julie and I decided to have a little Easter Egg hunt for the kiddos, luckily the weather cooperated and the kids had a blast!Waiting patiently for the party to start.Yummy food!
