Ok so, Im SOOO over do, every time I post a new post I pledge to do better....but here I am once again way behind! We have been so busy with family coming to visit then of course me going back and forth to work, I feel like I have just been on the go for so long its really time to slow down!! So if your not in the mood to look at a bunch of random pictures you might as well just skip this blog and head to the next.

My sister in law and her family came to visit a few weeks ago, we had so much fun. We went down to San Diego to go to Lego Land then went to Disney Land.
Lego Land was ok, but Koop was too little for all most ALL of the rides so we actually left early and went to our hotel so he could nap.... so if your kids aren't at least 5 or 6 dont waste your time:)
I hate that San Diego is always so cold! Whenever we see a carousal Kooper gets so excited and he has to ride it...This one really lasted like ten minutes... poor Wes!He loved all the rides at Disney Land, his favorite was Pirates of the Caribbean. The only hard part was teaching him that we have to WAIT in line... he doesn't get it!
And last of all just a random bath picture that i think is cute! Gosh I love this kid...even though he has been trying to get molars for about a week now and all I hear is whine whine whine.....(is that how you spell it)

My Hubby is getting old!!

Happy Birthday Wes, I cant believe it your 28 your getting so old. Im so sorry that Im not with you on your Birthday but I hope you know how much I love you. I really cant believe how lucky I am to have married my best friend, a best friend that I love more than life, a best friend that makes me happier than I could have ever imagined, a best friend that helps me become the person that I want to be and a best friend that loves me no matter what! Im so proud of you for doing so good in school, you are such a hard worker no wonder they all love you:)I love that no matter how busy you get with school and clinicals you always make time for your family. Thanks for being such a good Dad, the best part of my day is when you come home and Kooper gets the biggest smile on his face and runs to you with his arms open. I hope you have a wonderful Birthday, I love that I get to be the person to grow old with you:) Your amazing at everything you do and Im so proud to say that Im your wife!!

Im officially one of "THOSE" moms!!!

Ok, so before I had a kid I always thought that I would never be one of those moms that would just give into their screaming child, or just give them things to have a little bit of peace and quiet for thirty seconds..... but this last week or so I have officially turned into one of "those" moms. I think Koop is getting some more teeth so he has been so fussy and needy, and I really can only take so much of that, which results into doing whatever it takes, whether it be.........

and if that doesn't work, I think to myself "what makes me happy when I'm sad".... oh yea baby a fresh diet coke!!!!! Works every time:)
(In my defense we don't eat at burger king, in fact I hate that place but I was desperate for a diet coke and it is way to much work to get Koop in and out of the truck so we resorted to their drive- thru! And one more thing, the drink was pretty much gone I think he just likes the straw:)

5 SIGNS THAT YOUR SON NEEDS A HAIR CUT!!

#1. Its getting so unruly and no matter how much gel you use it still look like a frizz ball.

#2. Your having sudden urges to put it in piggy tails just to see what it would look like, but you know if your husband caught you he would have a come apart:)

#3. When you get his hair wet it looks like this down his back...
#4. Thirty year old man at the pool says to you," oh my gosh that is the cutest little girl I have ever seen." (mind you, he has on board shorts and a quick silver t-shirt)

#5. When he wakes up from his nap he looks like this, and everyday it gets worse and worse!!

Does life ever slow down??

Well I just got back from China on Sunday, and now its time to go back home to work again. Its so hard to leave Wes but I love getting back and catching up with with clients, friends, and family. Its Weston's Spring break so he gets to come with me for a few days this time, Im so happy because to be honest I really don't know if I could leave him again! So anyway I will be doing hair from Friday March 27th until April 6th. If you didnt get my email and need an appointment let me know.

CHINA!!

I have been such a slacker blogger!! So from now on Im really going to try harder! Over the past 8 days I have have had the opportunity of being in China... yes CHINA, what an experience! I went with my mother and father in law and my sister in law. We had such a good time, the only down side was leaving my baby and hubby for that long, it was SOOO hard! Thankfully my mom came to my house to watch Kooper while Wes was in school, so Im sure he had a blast. Being over there makes me realize how much that I take for granted, Im so thankful to live in the United States, and to be able to have the beliefs that I want, have as many kids as I want, and most importantly have a toilet:) Here are just a few pictures of a few of the places we visited, my camera would not charge half way through the trip, so my sister in law has the rest. My two favorite places were the Great Wall of China and the Terracotta Warriors.

After 5,000 stairs, and 3 miles later, we made it to the top!!
And then my camera died.... Thanks Weston and Mom for letting this trip happen, I knew everything was taken care of, all though I missed you like crazy I didnt have to worry one bit. I also had great travel partners (bunkies) that made this trip a blast!

A little bit of this and that...

Kooper loves talking on the phone!! Whenever the Grandmas call he thinks he needs to talk, he just listens like he really knows whats going on, its so cute!!!
MY.... what big eyes you have (haven't heard that before)... :) I love right when he gets out of the bath, his hair goes so curly, he just smells so good and I just cant get enough kisses!!
It has been so nice here, so Koop and I love to go and see the water fountain EVERYDAY, he loves it!!
It was too hard to get them to all look at the camera at the same time, at this point I think cute little Kate is too focused on the milk:)
These are Kooper's new friends Ethan and Kate (twins), as you can see Kooper is kinda naughty...pushing girls all ready!!!

There is nothing like a good picture!

We had these pictures taken back in November and I have been meaning to post some, but other things just keep coming up. I always get so excited to have Koopers pictures done, not so much ours, but Kooper for the most part is so fun! It also helps when you have the most talented, patient, and fun photographer in town, thanks again Abby for always making these moments so memorable. Hair Appt????

I just got my flight schedule for my next trip home! So if your needing a hair appointment in the next few weeks let me know and Ill get you scheduled. I will be home Feb.7th through Feb-15, of course I will be working everyday all day so I get everybody in:) Most of you that are clients have all ready gotten an email this is jut for the ones that I don't have your email but I know you have a blog:), so sorry about the lame post, Ill get some pictures up soon. Finally Home!

We are finally back home!! I always love visiting my friends and family but there is something about your own bed that just makes you excited to get home and crawl into your own sheets:) We had such a good time, Wes was able to get some snowmobiling in, Koop loved seeing his grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins, and I of course spent a lot of time working at the shop. It was so nice to see everybody and catch up. I hope everybody had a Merry Christmas!

Our baby is ONE!

One Year ago today our lives changed forever. One year ago today I had never been so scared and so excited all at the same time. One year ago today we witnessed a miracle, his name is Kooper. It seems like is was only yesterday that I was holding your tiny little body in my arms, watching you sleep, and thanking my Father in Heaven that I finally got you here. You have been nothing but a blessing since the day we brought you home. Its amazing how such a tiny little spirit can fill your home with so much love, joy, and laughter. I truly cherish every second that we spend together. I would have never imagined that being a Mom would be the absolute best thing that I have ever done. Thank you for making me want to be a better person, thank you for always making me smile and thank you for giving me the opportunity to be your Mom. Kooper you are so blessed to have so many people that love you so much but most especially your Dad and I , we love you more than you will ever know you make us so proud. Thank you!
